nutritional guidelines for fertility

Eat plenty of foods to cleanse and strengthen the liver system: dark leafy greens (Kale, collards and mustard greens), broccoli, cabbage, arugula, romaine lettuce, celery, blue green algae and radicchio.

Good fats are essential, such as nuts, seeds, avocados, coconut, olives. Coconut and olive oil should be used in moderation.

Avoid processed foods.

Avoid refined sugars. Replace with fresh and dried fruits, agave, brown rice syrup and stevia.

Sweet potatoes, carrots, beets are sweet vegetables that help reduce food cravings.

Decrease or eliminate dairy, coffee and alcohol.

Eliminate trans fats (commercially baked goods, fried foods, shortening, margarine, etc.), and lessen saturated fats (sausages, bacon, cured meats, cheese, butter, etc.).

Eliminate foods with hormones, such as meats and dairy products. Look for meat sources where the animals are not hormone fed.
